For release October 14, 2005: Jacob H. Yahiayan, CAS managing member and founder, became a BENEFACTOR PATRON of The Metropolitan Opera upon his most recent contribution to its board of directors. The Met's 2005-06 season, which commenced with a rousing production of Puccini's La Boheme, will include Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, Bizet's Carmen and Mozart's Die Zauberflote.

For release October 12, 2005: The 15th Annual Interfaith Concert of Remembrance's newest BENEFACTOR is Continental Advisory Services, LLC. The concert, which will be held at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City on November 5, 2005, features the Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra and the Choir of Trinity Church, Wall Street. This year's concert will commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the end of World War II and the 90th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

For release June 21, 2005: Continental Advisory Services, LLC announced today that it will serve as an OFFICIAL GOLD SPONSOR for the 2005 Hampton Classic horse show in Bridgehampton, NY during the week of August 28th. Continental’s sponsorship of the event reaffirms its charitable commitment to Southampton Hospital. The week of festivities will also highlight the firm’s newest portfolio investment company, Continental Luxury Brands, LLC.

For release June 20, 2005: Continental Advisory Services, LLC submitted its “request for expressed interest” to the Governor’s Island Preservation & Education Corp. earlier today. The potential development of the 172-acre island, billed by some as the “Project of the Century,” showcases the collective talents of the firm’s partner (noted architect Eberhard Ziedler) and CAS’ in-house real estate finance and architecture team.

For release June 15, 2005: The Fulbright Scholar Program announced today that Elizabeth Cazazian was one of its scholarship recipients for the coming academic year. Miss Cazazian won the Fulbright for her proposal to rehabilitate an entire village in the African nation of Uganda. She is currently a Senior Associate at Continental Advisory Services, LLC, and a graduate student at both the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture and the NYU Real Estate Institute.

For release June 6, 2005: Continental Advisory Services, LLC unveiled the automotive arm of Continental Luxury Brands to the East Coast’s automotive establishment at the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance last weekend in Connecticut. The event also featured a Christie’s automotive auction attended by Jacob Yahiayan, Managing Member, who refused to match fierce bidding on a late-1950s Jaguar coupe. “We’re expanding our northeastern fleet,” said Mr. Yahiayan, “but not by paying auction house premiums for easy-to-find models. The Aston Martin–the new Vanquish in particular–is next for us.”

Speaking from his panel, “Navigating the Global Economic Landscape,” Mr. Yahiayan spoke in detail about assorted international trade topics.
